Abstract:
In this article the stereo-observation principle by spacecraft and theoretical relationship with regard to expected accuracy of terrain point height determination on space image stereopair is considered. The accuracy of terrain point height determination functional dependence of longitudinal parallax measurement error, terrain slope ratio of grade, stereo-observation angle and of scale ranging coefficient is presented. The nomogram is proposed. It enables considering inaccuracy in the terrain point height determination value, via the known value of the terrain slope ratio of grade, specified longitudinal parallax measurement error, scale ranging coefficient and known terrain slope value of which this terrain stereo-observation having been done.
