Estimation of land resources of New Moscow territory from town building point of view was created at the base of analyzing a series of special compiled maps for three main categories of lands: builded, covered with forests and non-builded and non-forested (free) lands. Maps for types of buildings, for density of buildings at whole and of their different types for the first category of lands were compiled, just as maps of forests ecological value and of buildings connection with ecological carcass for the second category and maps of dangerous processes for the third category. Potential of usage for builded lands was created at the base of their structure, for forested lands at the base of ecological importance, and for free lands at the base of expose to dangerous geomorphological processes.
