Abstract:
The survey and analysis of the geodesic control types and methods in supporting construction processwere performed. The factors, influencing the geodesic control that lead to the deviations of the assembled structures from their design values in the conditions of real construction, were described. The technological scheme of work on ground laser scanning combined with information modeling was presented. The implementation of the works is illustrated by the example of accompanying the construction of a process unit at one of the oil refineries. The proposed technological scheme can be used as a geodesic control tool in order to detect deviations of assembled structures from design values during constructing technologically complex industrial objects. The results of experimental researches were shown and the analysis of the revealed deviations and their admissible values according to the technical task was carried out. The results showed the need for timely and prompt identification of critical deviations from the project.
