Abstract:
Тhe unique experiment in the area of dynamic geodesy on a balloon - an airborne radio transparent object had been conducted. A test bench which named as multifunctional autonomous measuring system (MAIS), the equipment, software and the conditions for conducting experiments are described. During the experiment, a set of measurements was made onboard the balloon (inertial, ionospheric, and signals from global navigation satellite systems). The results of a processed measurements are presented, including altitude, speed, acceleration and positioning RMS of the moving object. Conclusions about the future work directions using the data obtained during the experiment, such as observation files of sub-horizontal satellites, inertial acceleration parameters, files of ionospheric observations, etc., were made.
