Abstract:
The article examines the causes of register (cadastral) errors in the performance of cadastral works in respect of land plots that lead to violation of the requirements of the current legislation, which determines the principle of simultaneous setting of real estate objects on the state cadastral registration and state registration of rights to them. It gives the analysis of statistical data, which allows to conclude the need to comply with the provisions of existing regulations, in the performance of cadastral works, in particular, when clarifying the boundaries of land plots that are previously registered, information about which is not included in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. It is proposed to return to the practice of the implementation of cadastral works, compulsory monitoring of measurement results, which will minimize the likelihood of a registry errors, which subsequently will reduce the number of suspension and bounce of the authority in the implementation of the simultaneous procedure of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights to land plots and will further reduce the number of legal disputes on the rights to real estate.
