The study of height points differences of the earth's crust and its surface is one of the main tasks of geodesy. Within the framework of the technological solution of this problem, the hierarchy of movements of the blocks of the earth's crust is not taken into account. This approach does not ensure the reliability and representativeness of information, which increases the level of manifestations of geodynamic phenomena. The author developed the theory of heights for geodynamic studies, taking into account the hierarchy of stress-strain state of the crust of Kuzbass. The main difference of the proposed theory is the separation of frame offsets depending on the hierarchy of the earth's crust structure. This approach ensures not only the expansion of geodetic information on vertical movements, but also receives new types of its application in geodynamic polygons construction and geodynamic studies interpretations.
