Abstract:
Nowadays optical-and-electronic systems of monitoring the Earth’s surface are widely used. They are based on the principle of using the CCD-Matrix and the linear scanning the acquired imagery. For instance, the space craft “Resurs-DK” is used in Russia for making high resolution photos. Due to a set of factors there are typical structural distortions of the imagery in the form of vertical stripes along the whole picture and those in the form of horizontal sound stripes. The existing methods of eliminating them cannot meet the users’ requirements in the full volume. So, the alternative methods are offered, they enable almost complete eliminating the structural distortions and keeping high-level portrayal properties of the imagery.
