Abstract:
The plan («roadmap») «Improving the quality of public services in the field of state cadastral registration of immovable property and state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with it» makes it possible to register 3D-cadastral data on complex buildings and constructions, networks (e.g. cables and pipelines). An important issue is the accuracy of the work to be performed for creating 3D-properties, to protect the rights and interests of the owners. The problem of accuracy is topical and one of the most controversial (disputable) both in 2D- and in 3D-cadastre. The article provides an economic justification for the required accuracy of property modeling for 3D-cadastral registration.
