Abstract:
A history of state Russian Empire, Soviet Union and Russian Federation leveling networks benchmarks installation is described. A number of benchmarks installed is estimated in different epochs. It is revealed that in the 1970s many benchmarks were installed. Currently, a quantity of benchmarks installed is not enough
