Abstract:
The development of geodesic tools and methods of data presentation allowed to extend the sphere of their application into various industries, including implementing those methods onto rail transport. This article presents the problems of modern geodesic maintenance of railways, and the specific features of engineering problems on the railways. Actuality of digital models of the way usage is clear, because it allows at any time to evaluate the dynamics of changes in the parameters of a way to compare projects of repairs and renovations, the parameters of the digital path when mechanized staging path in the design position. Also, they considered the basic directions of development in the means and methods of using digital models to enhance the level of geodesic maintenance of RZD railways. The problems of multi-technology introduction such as automatic control system and GNSS in the correct & temping machines are considered respectively.
