Abstract: The study of the Belaya River and its tributaries development on the part of the Uralian foredeep between Meleuz and Ohlebinino stretching about 200 km is based on the analysis of the topographic maps for the years 1835– 1984, Space Images for the years 2000–2006, climatic and botanical data, tectonic materialsand results of leveling through the line Samara- Orenburg. Studies have shown that modern vertical tectonic movements play a leading role in the formation of the hydrographic drainage network and in the changes of the different types of vegetation.
