The article continues the publication in the 12th issue, 2009 on cartography history of the Yakutian Arctic coast and adjacent islands in 18-19 centuries. It shows this territory geographical research history during the next long period from 19 to 20 centuries when intensive discovery of Polar region of Yakutia has started and the relief and geological features of Novosibirskie Islands were determined. In the beginning of the 20th century special hydrogeographical research to solve practical navigation problems allowed get much more accurate data on coast line determination comparing with earlier periods.
