Igor Vasilievich Sidorov was born on May 1, 1954

In 1977  graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI).

From 1979 to 2006 served in the Russian Federation Defense Ministry Research Institute 29.

 

Since 2006 worked in the State GIS Center.

In 2012 moved to CNIIGAIK (in 2013, was reorganized as the FSBE "Centre of Geodesy, Cartography And SDI». FSBE "Centre of Geodesy, Cartography And SDI» was reorganized as the PLC "Roskadastr»), works there until now.

In 1985 protected his PhD.

Laureate of the Prize Russian Federation.

Government.  Has a government and industry award.

The author of more than 150 scientific works.
