Graduated from State Land Management University (Moscow, Russia), Land Management Engineer by diploma.

After finishing post-graduate studies in the above mentioned university and protecting the qualification paper got the scientific degree of Candidate of Economics in 2001.

Started her career in 1997 as Assistant at Land Management and Cadastre Chair of the University, later was appointed the Seniour Tutor and then Associate Professor at the same Chair.

At the period of 2003-2010 was at position of the Deputy Chief at the Land Cadastre And State Cadastral Valuation Department; also was the Deputy Chief at State Land Committee, Russian Land Cadastre and the Real Estate territorial bodies in Moscow Region.

At the period of 2010-2016 is the Deputy Director at FSBE “Federal Cadastre Chamber of the State Registry and Cartography Federal Service” in Moscow Region; since 2016 heads the Department of Services Quality at FSBE “Federal Cadastre Chamber of the State Registry and Cartography Federal Service”.

Since 2018 appointed the Deputy Director of the FSBE “Center of Geodesy, Cartography and SDI”.

According to the Russian State Registry order dated 12.03.2020 Acts as Director of the above mentioned Enterprise.
