Evaluation of bathymetric Survey quality is considered as the totality of precision, accuracy and lack of blunders. The problem of the quality control of the bathymetric survey of Arctic ocean is of high priority for determination of outer limits of the continental shelf in Arctic according with Russian UNCLOS Project. Bathymetric survey must be conduct according with the requirements stated in the CLCS (1999) and DALOS (2006) regulations. Implementation of multi beam echo sounders and hydrographic technologies are proposed. The suggestions for improving the efficiency of Russian UNCLOS activity are discussed.
