The new method of creation of a lay of land on the basis of the modern hi-tech equipment and the highprecision software is presented in this article, allowing in short terms to receive qualitative result. The modern approach to construction of the lay of land, approved in company «Design and survey institute GEO» realize, using of aerial camera UltraCamX, laser scanning system ALS-60 and graphic MicroStation environment in a complex. The short time, spent for construction of a relief, along with high quality and the minimum manpowers prove an urgency of the considered way.
