Matters connected with appearing new digital geospace production called 3D models, three-dimensional video-stages are covered in the article. Initial data for obtaining it (digital relief and object model to create measuring three-dimensional video-stages) are considered. The results of theoretical research on evaluating the measuring three-dimensional video-stages obtained through aerial survey data are given.
