In recent decades in the field of geodetic, topographic, survey and inventory work has undergone considerable changes. Developed new technologies for work, there were entirely new devices and instruments, resulting in higher quality work. Many current regulations and technology of a post processing do not correspond to modern technology and instrumentation capabilities. Therefore, compliance with the requirements of normative documents in office work often leads to corrections to the results of the meas-urements exceed the measurement errors themselves. In this article we propose to introduce in the practice of work, a single world coordinate system, which will improve the quality of processing of geodetic measurements.
