The program for mapping of the formation process of geoecological situations has been developed for the digital Atlas of sustainable development of the Baikal region. Presented are the methods for reconciliation and integration of different time and level interdisciplinary geographical information, obtained from different archival sources, into a unified information-cartographic system (ICS) of geoecological contents.
