Abstract:
Study of history’s development of this area was caused increasing attention to the Arctic region of Russia because of high economic importance this region for the country as a whole. As a result one of the important directions of scientific and practical research is developing a holistic picture of the study of geographical history and mapping of the seas which belong to the Arctic Ocean composition.
