In article approaches to creation maps of forecast growth of containing narcotic substances plants (cannabis) on the basis of the original expert estimation method are considered. The method named hierarchical, consists in a multidimensional collective expert estimation at different stages of a problem solution. The generalizing estimation (decision) is taken out individually by the executive in the course of forecast growth of narcocontaining plants maps creation by means GIS «Drugs». On the basis of received materials recommendations on aerospace monitoring of areas occupied narcocontaining plants can be developed.
