High precision determination of plane end vertical coordinates by GPS requires effective exact algorithm for converting geocentric orthogonal coordinates into geodetic ones. In the course of spheroid geodesy by V. P. Morozov the iterative method for this problem solution is given. In the present paper one more approach is considered, iterative solution and closed formula are present. An example of computation is shown.
