The northern region of Eastern Siberia is characterized by complicated natural conditions with wide spread occurrence of heterogeneous permafrost soils. Constructing and operating of geotechnical pipeline system (GPS) have to be considered as its «implantation» into environment. It may result either in origination of stable geotechnical system or, if the dynamic equilibrium would be disturbed, in tearing away response accompanied by negative geocryological processes causing pipeline deforming, emergency situations and damage.
