The questions of pricing at the ground of initial(minimum) offering price of a contract are considered during holding tenders or at making of deal with the only supplier(by a performer, contractor) on implementation of geodesic and cartographic works for State needs. Results over of progress analysis are brought on creation and updating of digital topographical maps and digital topographical plans of cities on the tenders of Roskartographia and Rosreestr in 2007–2011 гг.
