Abstract:
Optical identifications of celestial radio sources with the optical astrometrical coordinate system by LKL method was carried out. In the vicinity of radio source ICRFJ002914.2+345632. 60 % of radio sources were identified with stars brighter than 10.5m with precision up to the radio refraction, existing in the interstellar medium. At the present time existence of radio refraction in the interstellar medium is refused by some scientists. However, our interpretation of the observed phenomenon remains probable, as a minimum, till another explanation will be proposed for displacement of radio coordinates for the objects of various morphological groups, situated at different distances from the observer, discovered by us.
