Geoinformation ecological mapping of municipal unions is based on complex use of the space, cartographical and semantic information on the territory of region concluding essence geoecoinformatics. The technology of creation of digital maps of municipal areas of the Irkutsk region is considered from development cycle GIS of municipal union to a stage of preparation for the edition of an electronic administrative card of municipal area.
