Abstract:

In the article the main directions of using the program, target method and mathematical apparatus of graph-analytical modeling for creation of the network schedule are considered. It shall provide efficiency of implementing the program of research. The research was stated at creation of the GTM System focused on state regulation in the sphere of updating spatial data.
