Doing geodetic works when monitoring geometrical parameters of cylindrical vertical tanks, definition of their form’s infringement, warp and deformation due to time, is shown in the article. Making measurements of circular cross-section sections of the tank from several stations, located in such a way to provide measurement of all cross-section section is described. Results of the observations carried out for the purpose of the points’ coordinates definition on the surface of a tank are shown.
