The results of GNSS positioning in aspect of accuracy affecting factors by GLONASS satellites signals using at high latitudes are presented. A comparison of satellite data processing in absolute accuracy measures for several different software both GNSS definitions, and different scales of vector lengths recorded under the Arctic conditions is given. The facts showing non-compliant limitations in regulatory for modern capabilities of GNSS technologies are stated.
