Abstract: Topographic maps for the years 1837–1855, 1938–1942, 1982–1984, Space Images for the years 2008–2012, tectonic materials and measurements at the Bui-Belaya geodynamic polygon (2007–2008), results of leveling through the line Kerenevo-Andreevka, Chishmy-Urussu, Samara-Chelyabinsk as well as climatic changes have been analyzed. The dynamics of landscapes within the Kama-Belaya plain and in the first place development of the Belaya River which is the main river of the Southern Fore-Urals and its tributaries in the range between Ufa and the river mouse of a length of about 200 km studied. Studies have shown that modern vertical tectonic movements play a leading role in the formation of the hydrographic drainage network and that mainly humans influenced changes of vegetation during last 175 years.
