The article reflects the current state of the geodetic framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan and defines the general principles of its future development. In solving the problems of reconstruction and development of the state geodetic network (SGN) of Uzbekistan took into account that at the present stage significantly expanded the arsenal of means and methods of construction of geodetic networks. It is, first of all, refers to the latest satellite technology, systems based on the use of GPS / GLONASS. In order to solve this problem on the territory of Uzbekistan in the first place, a Concept, which outlines the main provisions of the reconstruction and development of the GHS. Proved most expedient scheme and the program, as well as the technological scheme of the high-precision spatial reference geodetic network and other networks, with the indispensable connection of new networks with existing ones.
