Abstract:
The technique of forming and transformation of a thematic database for providing optimum objects of POI’ density and graphic loading at different multi-scale levels of an autonavigation map is developed. POI-objects ranging based on the accounting of POI objects’ interrelation with settlements and road network objects is carried out. The formula of optimum POI-objects’ amount definition depending on scale and the sizes of conventional signs is offered.
