Abstract:
The paper deals with the structural and functional model of laser scanning. The paper proposes the model represented by the following set of features: laser shooting area and baseline data collection, three-dimensional information display area, modeling the territory, spatial analysis, preparation of spatial three-dimensional GIS solutions and software. The laser surveying area and baseline data collection is a collection of source information about the objects in this area as a geometric and semantic. As a result, the conversion of primary data and display them in a single spatial-information field of the original data subjected computational processing and comparison of geometric data with the semantic information. This results in a typology built data model into a single space-time coordinate. The following function is designed to simulate the territory, that is, representation of the original data in the form of mathematical functions. Appointment of the final two functions is the analysis of the obtained three-dimensional terrain model for applications and the development of spacetime solutions.
