The authors introduced a method of preparing local specifications and atandards of city planning. It enables considering social and demographic structure, population density and the development level of the municipal unit’s area. At making the local standards of urban designing it was decided to introduce the local coefficient focused at taking specific features of the considered area into account. The introduced method is to enable working out universal standards of urban designing at local level due to requirements of the RF Urban Building Code.
