Abstract:
In article the results of researching the influence of transformation of the coordinate description of the objects located in territory of the Russian Federation, from CS-95 in SSC-2011 on change of their metric parametres are presented. The researches were spent using test geometrical constructions in which quality layers of frameworks of trapezes of topographic maps at the scale of 1:100 000, and the subjects’ of the Russian Federation borders had been taken. The major factors influencing changes of the objects ‘ area at recalculation of coordinates of their borders from CS-95 in SSC-2011 are defined, Their independent and total influence on the area of the separate objects located in various parts of territory of the Russian Federation, and the area of territory of the country as a whole were estimated. Transition influence to SSC-2011 on change in absolute and relative measurement of the areas of territories of subjects of the Russian Federation is shown. The conclusion is made that despite transition to using smaller in the sizes spheroid in SSC-2011 in comparison with Krasovsky-spheroid owing to stretching deformations on width and a longitude the total area of territory of the Russian Federation will not decrease, and will increase by size of about 59 km2.
