Abstract:
А cadastral adjacent parcels border adjustment decision-making support system is observed. Due to the problem math solution complexity the courts of law are overworked with such adjustment legal cases. The authors found an original opportunity to solve the problem together equalizing coordinates of landmarks and areas of parcels, using Tikhonov’s regularization method and the orthogonal projection onto the core of the original matrix of partial derivatives, having the optimal normal pseudo-problem. The problem urgency is related to the precise ground plot recording, especially having adjacent borders. In addition, the land – the invaluable object required not only for personal economy, but also for the design and construction of most buildings. The sizes of the land and its cost are of great importance for the country. Creation of automated computation system is much accelerate the process of adjustment the boundaries of adjacent cadastral parcels.
