Abstract:
The analysis of changing the volume of urban cargo flows under conditions of the city transport and road complex development is made, and its danger to the environment is determined. The method of decoding satellite images at different times and cartographic processing the data were applied, the result of which is a simplified and accessible form of visualization and recording a number of changes in road transport networks. In particular, this method enables creating an algorithm for predicting changes in roads and identifying the most dangerous sources of pollution in large-scale urban areas. Chemical analysis of sweep-off samples taken in 2019 for the period of spring cleaning of roads in the city of Astrakhan, in the neighbourhood of people mass gatherings, according to the required indicators was carried out. An algorithm to identify correlations between the content of pollutants in road estimates and anomalies in the intensity of traffic, the choice of chemical reagents used, etc. was developed. As a result of the research, the urgent need for environmental monitoring of the roadbed with recording the results in the database of geo-information systems was identified.
This research was supported by the RFBR № 18-29-24185 “Scientific basis for the development and operation of an information intellectual system for monitoring and prognosis of environmental impact assessment of year-round road maintenance wastes”.
