Abstract:
A geodetic network is the basis for carrying out cadastral surveys. Its state directly affects both the timing and quality of the measurements. The authors describe the main factors causing the degradation of geodetic networks, and analyze the state of the GGS, GSS, CGS and GSSN points in the territory of the Istra urban district, the Moscow oblast, RF. Based on comparison with the legal standards for the density of points in accordance with the current regulatory and technical documents, a conclusion was made on the degradation of geodetic networks in the study area. The problem of GNSS signal jamming, currently observed in this territory and in other regions of the RF Southern and Central Federal Districts, is also described. The result of the conducted research is the presented possible options for creating a geodetic justification to carry out cadastral work, herewith the most promising method for the integrated implementation and development of GSSN is noted
