Conceptual principles at formation of methodology of geodetic monitoring of geodetichnic gas production and transportationsystem in permafrost have defined. Structurisation by a partition on subsystems, components and elements with interrelations has been made for research of geotechnic systems. Subsystems of geodetic monitoring of geodetichnic system have been formed. Structurisation of gunctions and purposes of geodetic monitoring with technigue application which it is based on the concept of the system considering the environment and supposition the purposes have been formed.
