Modern requirements to preparation of experts with the higher professional geodetic formation are listed. A substantiated conclusion that only the modern geoinformatics is capable is system to answer these requirements. It is shown, that the decision of technical problems of geoinformatics is the most expedient for realising within the limits of an independent direction of geoinformatics - technical geoinformatics. The object and a subject of technical geoinformatics is defined. Offers on inclusion in preparation group «a geodesy and land management of» a new direction of geodetic formation «technical geoinformatics» are stated.
