The questions of orthophoto generation, using differential rectification are considered. The orthophoto generation techniques have a serios problem – the ghost images especially for images over urban areas. The geometry of these artifacts and possibility of generation true ortho is considered. Basic formulas of orthophoto generations are resulted and the technological scheme of creation true ortho with use of photogrammetric software INPHO is considered.
