Abstract:
It is shown in this article that one of the important treats of terrain images as a result of remote sensoring is resolution capability. The methods of its determination are described, both analog as well as digital ones. The formulas are given for calculation of the initial digital airspace images resolution capabilities. The results of experimental researches of the resolution capabilities of the ortophotoplans created upon the space photos. Recommendations are given for choosing of digital images to create ortophotoplans of various scale meeting the requirements of the active photogrammetry procedures manual.
