Abstract:
The article is devoted to the questions of creation and development of system of coordinates for wide application of GNSS. All modern geocentric systems of coordinates WGS, ITRF and PE-90.02 (Parameters of Earth – 90.02) are based on the one and the same international system of a reading named ITRS (International Terrestrial Reference System) established by International Union of Geophysics and Geodesy, Russia is a member. The works on construction of high accuracy national geocentric system of coordinates in the frames of sub program № 4 of the Federal GLONASS Special Program.
