Abstract:

The Main branch of geodesy and cartography of the USSR (GUGK of the USSR) started to carry out a global study into contemporary movements of the Earth Crust in the USSR in 1970. In nearly all areas of high seismic activity have been constructed geodynamic polygons (GDP). Performed on ODSThe leveling, linear-angular and gravity measuremrnts were carried out on the GDP. In this and other articles contained information about the works that were carried out on GDP, and their main results in the period 1970-1990’s.
