Characteristics of soil and environment conditions in a city are based on its soils map scheme of its soil and ecologic zoning. The soil cover structure is composed of natural undisturbed, natural disturbed, deeply-disturbed soils and surface technogenic formations. Soils that retain their ecologic functions occupy 54 % of the city area.
