Abstract:
The flood zones were modeled for territory around Blagoveschensk. The zones are divided for real situation which was in August, 2013 (from 16 to 31) as well as hypothetical one with conditional means of water level, which are corresponded to possible flood of very high and catastrophic classes. Digital elevation model was created by stereo mate of space images. Combination of geoinformation and photogrammetric technologies allows to create reliable and visual support for make decision in the case of flood's initiation.
