Abstract:

The general principles of the open system construction consisting of two functional structures, an information and a creative one, are stated. The kernel of the system is the model of the terrain constructed with using property of the topographical information self-identification. The system is to provide the user with actual and complete data including the maximal situational awareness on the studied territory and a comfortable ambience for creative activity.
