Defined new principles of language use maps, which caused using the Internet, computers and mobile devices. It is shown that the creation of maps in modern conditions with using the Internet is made based on ready-made of the visual images, realization of creative potential of subjects-users of the Internet by manipulating these images, posting on the Internet of personal information, implementation planning, mapping and other work on remote services using Web connection. Described using hermeneutical principles mapping which the author develops.
