Abstract:
The analysis of results of known multiyear scientific experiments has shown, that many geophysical parameters, directly or indirectly effecting on accuracy of GPS measurements have a structural uncertainty of trend, caused by global warming. It is shown, that the accounting of effect of structural uncertainty on informativeness of carried out measurements of ratio of total amount of precipitated water on wet delay makes it possible to reveal the extremal character of obtained total amount of measuring information.
