Abstract:
In this paper describes the principle of laser scanners among which are divided into three groups: pulsed laser, phased laser and triangulation. Analyze of methods for measuring linear and angular measurements found that the totality of the errors can be divided into two categories: instrumental, due to the quality of assembly and adjustment of mechanical, optical and electronic parts of the device; methodical, whose source is the method determining the quantities by a laser scanner. In turn methodological errors divided into the following: the error caused by the environment (atmospheric refraction, attenuation of electromagnetic waves, vibration of the device and etc.); errors due to the characteristics of the object scanning (size, orientation, color, texture and etc.). To eliminate all of the errors are two basic approaches: separate and polynomial (complex). The paper noted that the most versatile approach is complex.
